1. Connected to Sherry at Fourth & Church

We’re kicking off November with a delicious and unique experience at Fourth & Church, the local specialists in all things Sherry! As part of Sherry Week, we’re diving deep into the world of this often-underappreciated drink. You’ll enjoy a guided tasting with carefully curated sherries paired with mouth-watering small plates, each dish designed to complement the distinct flavours of each Sherry.

2. Winter Murmurations from Brighton Palace Pier

📅 Saturday, 16th November | 📍 Brighton Palace Pier – Palm Court


One of Brighton’s most magical natural spectacles returns this November—the famous starling murmurations! Join us on Brighton Palace Pier to witness this breathtaking display as thousands of starlings swirl and dance in the evening sky over the sea.


We’ll have the best seats in town from Palm Court, where you can watch the birds while staying warm and cozy. It’s a peaceful, awe-inspiring moment to share with new friends and familiar faces alike, perfect for connecting over nature’s beauty.

3. Winter Murmurations Kayaking Adventure

For the adventurers among us, we’ve got a whole new way to experience the murmuration—from the water! Join us for a winter kayaking experience that promises to give you a front-row seat to this stunning natural display. Glide through the calm waters, paddle in hand, and watch as the starlings create mesmerizing shapes in the sky above you.
