Create your unique ‘knotty’ necklace with Paula from Cocoon & Me, focusing on our mental health as we take time out for some mindful activities. Plus this is a great chance to showcase the brilliant Paula and the work she does to get people making beautiful things!

In this fun workshop, you will be shown how to create this simple macramé knot, choosing from a wide range of colours to make your

very own bespoke ‘knotty’ necklace, made from recycled cotton braid and fastened with a strong magnetic fastening.

You will also get a link to the video tutorial if you would like to make more once you are home.

Join Paula, for a little mindful creation and then enjoy wearing ‘knotty’ or making as a special gift.

With time for social networking pre and post workshop at the brilliant The Joker.
